On a search, I noticed that a few people had these, but there was not a lot of information.
Google shows mostly positive reviews of this item.
My only scope experience is with an old Gold Ring 3x9 that's on top of my old Sako .222.
I've set my sites on a Savage 110 in .223 for when I return to the states . Years ago, I heard nothing but bad about them. Now I cant find a down side listed anywhere.
Anyhow, all that aside, I've really started sniffing around this Nitrex 6-20x50. The intent is to use the Savage as a varmint rifle (then to find a place to shoot varmint...still learning TX).
I guess what I'm getting at is this: Any of you guys who've used this scope for a few years now have anything to comment on them?
Ordertree has what appears to be a great deal on them right now for $378.00 shipped.
I understand that a lot of what I get here will be subjective, but I also know there are some guys who really know about optics and can probably shed a lot of light on the situation.
I understand the "Check Ebay," crowd, but it's not really an option for me at this time.
