Tikka T3 Lite Scope Mounts

I really want the Sportsmatch TO84 30mm rings but cannot find these ANYWHERE that will ship to the states.

Does anyone know where I can buy them (in the U.S. or shipped here), or can suggest another set of rings?

I am only interested in rings that fit the 17mm dovetail, not a picatinny rail.

Did you contact Airguns of Arizona. I know they show out of stock but when I bought my 1 inch rings for my Tikka they were out of stock I contacted Airguns and back ordered.Had them in a couple weeks
