Thunderwear for skinny guys

I am a skinny punk. 5'4" 140.

Will Thunderwear be able to well conceal the KelTec P-32 on such a massive physique?

Can I expect a reasonable level of comfort
in most situations while wearing jeans, sweats, or pleated khakis?

For a P-32, just get the belt clip and clip inside your pants at the groin. It's invisible here, no worries about printing while reaching for something or bending over. And if you HAVE to adjust it, you just look a bit uncouth, not like your scratching in an odd place or anything :)

I have the same problem (6'4"/170lbs) but I don't [think I] have a problem concealing either a 1911 Officer or SiG P245 strong side (behind the hip) in paddle, IWB, or "regular" holsters. Just make sure your pants fit well and get a good belt.

Tatters -- I carry using Thunderwear quite frequently with a J-frame .38 and have no problem at all concealing with it (I'm also thin, but taller -- 6'2", 185#). You have to wear pleated pants to pull it off well, with a heavy belt, and it takes a little getting used to (i.e., a little uncomfortable at times), but I find it a reasonable option if you need deep concealment and can't wear a covering garment. I wear a pager on my right front belt, which hides the slight bulge the grip makes just below the waistline. I agree with the above posts though -- I don't think you'll need it with the P32, I think pocket carry would be easier. But don't take my word for it, try it out for yourself. Best.
