Got this "Yaqui Paddle Holster" the other day:

It's very nice. For a secure hold, rather than an opposing "tooth", it uses a bunch of grippy little bumps (what amounts to 30 lpi checkering) on a rubber-like material on the outside of the paddle (the part touching the inside of your pants' waistband). Works nicely and makes it much easier on and off than the paddles with the tooth. I'm using the Glock 20/21 one for a CZ 75 Compact - it fits nicely with tightened adjustment screws - gets good and tight, which is a must for a holster with no retention. Do not try to use this one with a CZ 75 full-sized, as they are thinner at the dust cover than the compact.
It's rather odd that among manufacturer choices, they have Davis & Jennings, but no CZ.
