>How wicked the Government is, and how excellent our God, Jesus

>skirt. Which is exactly what Gun Free South Africa attempted.
>They staged a march to Parliament in the name of 'women against

>available free transport to the rally, all in all busses carried
>about three hundred women to the gates of Parliament, where they
>were waving 'Women Against Guns' posters around and mostly all
>wearing ANC clothing. (The phone number you could call to be
>picked up by the bus was also the number of the ANC branch!) Do
>these women really know what it's all about; did they come
>because they are tired of all the crime? Who isn't? We all want
>the crime rate to drop, we just do not see the proposed Firearm

Three very brave women indeed!

I wonder if any of us would have the courage to stand in their place?

Skyhawk

Quite frankly, Skyhawk, yes. While perhaps not as strident as SA, one of the founders of TRT has been doing it alone for years.

Seeing him standing alone in a crowd of antis yelling at him shamed me into getting involved. Thus, was born TRT which has taken off with a vengeance.

Standing out there alone is hard. A big ol' crowd on your side sure does make it easier. ;)

If nothing else, it denies the antis the headlines. They now have to share the headlines with another point of view.
