Thoughts to myself....

Just sitting here, listening to the leftist, biased, hypocritical, unaccountable inuendo parade, otherwise known as the regular news channels...oh my God.

Self: "Wouldn't it be nice if the pupulous could have another conservative, well-funded, Judeo-Christian-respecting, television station, on par with the Big Five (NBC/ABC/CBS?FOX/TURNER-CNN)?"

Self: "You betcha! Even though I have a little glimpse of fairness in the different CNN event broadcasts and a rare glimmer of light elsewhere, the reconstructionist, leftist machine thrives more than ever in the Big Five. Unfortunately, John Doe Citizen mostly absorbs his information (mis-info) from these 60's rejects."

Self: "Yes, but it strikes me that the old saying is true... 'money talks, and suckers walk'. I may be naive, but what is to keep interests with deep pockets from creating such an entity....?"

Self: " I don't know. Let's run it by the TFL brotherhood and see what their thoughts are."

Fox News Network

We do! It's called Fox News Network. While there is still SOME media spin, on the whole, you get a somewhat fair and balanced reporting. On the other hand, if you compare them to the big five, these guys are right wing whackos! Just like me! If your cable company doesn't carry it, Complain big time! If they refuse, drop them and pick up a DirectTV satellite dish and you CAN get them. This is the ONLY place to get the news that is slanted to the right.

Charles Krauthammer, former MD and now an editorialist for the (evil, narrow-minded liberal), Washington Post did a piece about 5 mos. ago concerning the liberal bias in the media. His underlying premise, if I remember correctly, was that all of the liberal media is following the New York Times. This makes alot of sense...he's a pretty smart guy for a liberal sympathizer.

The gist of the piece was that if the NYT presents a story in a certain, (left-wing socailist) light, then the rest of the media can fall in step...after all, the NYT is a world class :barf: news agency. So if that's the slant, then it must be "the way it was"!

Just another example of one of my pet theories: if someone says "oh, I've been doing (XYZ) for X number of years", it doesn't mean they've been doing it CORRECTLY for X number of years.
