Thoughts on Snubby Kit Bag

So I have been considering the purchase of a Kit Bag from Hill People Gear for over a year now. They seem to be geared toward a specific need person, ie. Jogging, Biking, et.el., but how about utilizing one for every day carry of a "full Size Handgun" and magazine ?
I own a Safepacker Holster and purchased a heavy duty nylon strap to carry it over my head and draped along my side. No one has questioned me as to it's contents and it is about the size of an iPad. Would anyone consider carrying the Hill People Gear bag as a method to conceal carry a larger pistol ?

Unless there's a specific reason to carry a gun in a bag I don't see the point. It's slow to get to and cumbersome at best. Don't need a purse. I carry a Glock 19 OWB with a cover shirt every day unless I go to a big city and plan to stay in a hotel. I then carry a G21 and a spare mag.

I'm 5' 8" and 180#. do they print? The G21 does but the G19 not really. I don't care since I live in Texas, as do you, and the law is on our side. Accidental flashing or printing is ignored by the law.

Off body carry is not my first choice. Even carrying in a jacket pocket would not be my first choice. IMO, anything in a bag is too easily grabbed and isn't readily accessible enough. Exception would be a fanny pack.

Now if in the form of a go-home/get-out bag, yes - that would work a whole lot better. Even then, I'd have somet type of holster in the bag for on-body carry.

I've got friends who speak highly of it but they use it for hiking and other outdoor trips. For every day concealed carry I think it would be as obvious as a fanny pack.

come on man.. "sheeple" is so 90s

as far as the kit bag goes, its slightly better than having a sling bag( in regards to speed of access). If you have to dig the gun out, you have to dig it out. I don't really care for that but if I had to opt for the mode of carry, I would probably select a sling bag. A chest rig sort-of screams ..gun. Nothing against this product, they do have a reputation for making good stuff. Its just a stylistic issue with me. I simply do not want to carry my gun off body.
