Those That Have LEGP

What do you think of it? Taking mine for a few day's vacation to get to know each other. Really shoot's well for an M4 design. Some pretty nice groups at 100 yards. Just wondering what other's that have them think.

I've had mine for oh about a month now. It's a really nice rifle. I'm not going to shoot mine, at least for now. When I did tear it down the other day to clean it and get all the packing grease off everything was put together good on the inside too. The only thing I didn't like about it is the firing pin retaining pin sucks. It took way too much muscle to get that little pin out. When I tried putting it back in it ended up getting bent so I'm having to order another one. But, that aside, everything else is great. A .90 cent retaining pin is not a big deal to me.

I have the LEGP, and I equipped it with the RRA 2-stage trigger and the OKO red dot sight, a very sweet shooter! It is suddenly my favorite AR. :D

IamNOTaNUT,

LEGP stands for "Limited Edition Group Purchase". Many of us over at AR15.com went in on a deal to purchase 1000 AR15's from Rock River Arms. The cost was $650 per rifle delivered to your FFL. They have not yet reached a 1000 sold and you can still get one if you are interested.

I have put about 500 rounds through my "#9 of 1000" without a hitch and the fit and finish is outstanding. I also have a A3 Bushy but the RRA LEGP gets all the attention and compliments from other shooters at the range.

I have #143 and I'm very happy with it. The fit
and finish is excellent. I was hoping today was
going to be the day to take it out for the first
but it has been raining. I wish I would have
ordered the 2 stage trigger but I can always get
it later. I'm new to AR's but I think this is
an excellent deal. I've wanted a RRA 1911 for
awhile now and the fact that they were suppliers
for the LEGP sealed the deal for me.

jeffg,

I highly recommend the RRA 2-stage trigger, it made a world of improvement in my LEGP. It also dropped right in, about 15 minutes work from start to finish.
