It depends on the specific model, condition and accessories. The 1921/8 NIB models really bring a premium.
$5-9000 currently.
Most older models, original Thompsons, run very well.
 
subguns.com is a great site with loads of info, names of dealers, legal insights, etc.

Also, www.gunsamerica.com has several Class 3 classified sections with Thompsons under Submachine Guns.
