Thompson Center Venture Parts

Hello y'all-
A customer brought in a TC Venture 30-06 a couple of weeks ago with a bolt stop issue, and after hours of searching online, I cant seem to find the appropriate bolt stop needed. Any ideas?

The best thing to do is send it back to TC. From my experience with them, they will fix anything for free on the Venture rifle that breaks.

hey i was wondering do you like the rifle besides the problem you had? i was thinking about getting one of these in 308

I had one for a while in .270 Win. Very accurate rifle and the bolt throw was quick. They only hold three rounds in the single stack magazine but that's not an issue for me. I didn't care for the short bolt handle or the synthetic stock but that was about all I could find fault with it.

Wound up selling it because I already had two other .270's and had a buddy who really liked the Venture. I liked the other two rifles I had a little better so I wasn't hurt to see it go. If you buy one I highly doubt you'll be disappointed in it. TC usually gives a $75 rebate on the rifles once a year around hunting seasons, making it one of the best values in rifles IMO.

i was just kinda nurvous about it. I looked at the rifle at bass pro shop and i really liked the action i was just curious about the accuracy of it. I'm going with the .308 cal so i dont think i can go wrong there.

I have one in 7mm08 and its the best budget gun going. 5R rifling proves very accurate and it has the best stock for the money. You wont be disappointed. Trigger adjusts down nicely as well.
