I've narrowed my search for a good medium for hunting and precision rifle. The two i've picked out is the thomson center venture predator 22" barrel .308 and the weatherby vanguard with the 22" heavy barrel .308. I think both of them are great rifles but im up in the air on which one i should get. I like the fact of the're a lot of things that you can do to the weatherby that you cant do to the thompson center.
So give me your advice and if you have owned one of these rifles let me know what you think. Trying to make the best on a tight budget. Thanks
