Yes. The ONLY difference between a regular frame and the pro-hunter frame is that the Pro-Hunter comes with a swing-arm hammer. However, that difference has been obscured by them lately selling regular Encores with swing-arm hammers. Regular frames can also be converted to swing-arm at their custom shop.
Other than that difference, all the other Pro-Hunter unique items are bolt-ons (different stock/forearm, longer fluted barrel, etc).
