This is what I love about this place.

I simply asked Logan if he would be interested in making me a holster like the one he posted. And he quickly jumped on it and gave me a how to lesson on the process. The holster is awesome, it fits the pistol like a glove, and I can easily conceal my Sheriff under a winter jacket no sweat. And Logan I'm sorry if you get some other requests. But I couldn't help myself sharing :D. I have worn my Sheriff since I got it, out on the town and all and no one was none the wiser ;)
I plan to sew on a piece of leather to secure the hammer in such a way that I can just push the piece with my thumb to draw the hog leg! And with the knowledge he empowered me with, I'm gonna try to make one to fit SWMBO's little plastic revolver.

I'm glad you like it, I can see that its gonna get a lot of use! :D
I'm just following the traditions of other people I've met who have the BP addiction, they tend to be craftsmen who like making things and are always ready to share info about our art.

Tandy Leather sometimes has scraps the right size, otherwise you need to buy the whole hide.
But use the yellow pages your area.
Look leather or saddle shops.
We have one in Laramie that will sell by the square foot.
He's 50 miles from me. Tandy is 20, But I go to the guy in Laramie. Buy what I want or need.
I'm opening a BP accessories store next month. Plan on having a hide or two on hand.

Beagle...

I was lucky enough to have a local mom & pop place that sells leather stock, boots, belts and other cowboy stuff. I love Tennessee! :D
The other guys can nudge you in the direction of where to find leather stock online.
