This is the BEST damn shotgun EVER! I need it!

Isn't there a license that I can get to have full auto? Outside of NJ of course.

Would it be possible to find one of these in the USA?

First off NFA rules dictate full auto ANYTHING would have have a DoM of previous to the 1986 ruling.

Secondly, the AA-12 is a Destructive device by definition...

Bore in excess of .50 inch.
Smooth bore breech loading shell firing.

i think both apply and there may be other factors...

If you want the real truthful skinny on any such considerations, I refer you to the "NFA" section below this one... Them folks got the dope on the whole NFA realm.

Looks like a nice court defensible weapon. What problems could you have there? ;) Think I'll stick with my 870.

Cool T- Shirt though.

He is in the USA.
Could he have access to a gun smith collection or a special license like the guys on Suns of Guns?

I think if made after 1986, the gun will be a "dealer Sample" and handled differently than other full auto firearms...

I was under the impression that shotguns were exempt from this rule. Otherwise, every 12 gauge in the country would be illegal.

As would 20 and 28 gauge - they are exempt for sporting purposes - since this model, in the eyes of the gov't, has no sporting purposes, it has been deigned a Destructive Device
