Sick Perv is assaulting young children in Wal Marts. Walking up to them with squirt guns and spraying SEMEN on them.

Now the question is in most states and here in MO it says In the case of rape deadly force can be used. My question is if you saw this happend, or if someone did this to you could you then use lethal force?

Prob not, but if that were my kid that guy would be as good as dead!
 
As vile and disgusting as this man's actions are, they are far from rape and far from *assault with a deadly weapon*. I believe if you were to use lethal force on this man, you would go to jail for a long long time for murder.:o
 
If the pervert was squirting semen infected with the AIDS virus I would consider that life threatening would'nt you ?
 
Hope this dirtbag encounters someone who fixes him such that he'll never be able to refill that squirt gun again.
 
I don't think it is something you will be able to justify deadly force with, although the jury would think he is sick too. Is he figuratively molesting them? Yes, but metaphors don't fly in court.
The infected semen is a real concern. I don't think the police would be too concerned if you made sure to apprehend him. Short of breaking something, that is. And I am very sure the courts will be very understanding when you wanted him tested, regardless of his wishes. Greater good and all that.
Then there is the Civil suit. Because I'd be worried sick that my kid got Hepatitis B or C, anti-biotic resistant strains of syphiillis, or HIV.
 
There is a case in the metro area with a guy having aids and have sex with multiple people giving them aids. I think the person is going on trial.
 
i'm wondering what kinda fun would it be to use a device to shoot semen on anyone........... now if it WAS aids taited i'm thinkin assult with a deadly weapon................ either way it's demented................
 
This is the kind of crap that IS heinous and capital punishment should apply.

Yeah. Question:

If someone was spraying physical matter onto you (blood, semen, fecal matter, saliva, etc) from a mechanical device, would deadly force be an appropriate response?

That's really the only direction I see this topic taking that isn't "lowbrow" and offtopic.
 
The only way I could see it being justified deadly force is if you know the person has a deadly blood borne disease. However It would be assault so id still beat the crap out of them.

Now if the person was "spraying" per say his semen directly from his body onto someone I would consider that in the same class as rape and would use deadly force.

I know this sounds gross, bit lets face it sh*t like this happens ever day now.

Just watch the dateline specials they do on internet preds.

There were in Virgina on the last one. They caught a Naval intelligence officer, a Homeland security officer and a doctor. One guy they caught two days in a row. He came to the house looking for the girl, they let him leave and didnt arrest him. Anyways he gets right back on the computer and agrees to meet the girl at a Mcdonalds. SO once again dateline cameras catch him. They arrested him, and got a search warrent this time and went to his appartment.

Its like these people cant help themselves. They let the guy go and the very next day he does the same thing again. Alot of the people dateline catches they even admit they thought it was a setup all along yet they still cant resist
 
WTF that's gross, I'd dare him to do that to me, he would lose a couple apendages.
In CA, spitting, flinting, throwing, shooting any kind of bodily fluid is considered assault. He'd go to jail and get beat up there. :eek: :eek: :mad:
 
I think you would be justified if you performed a citizen's arrest on him at gun point for suspicion of child abuse. Not lethal force because, A: You're not going to know what he is squirting on them just by observing the incident. All your seeing, is a situation matching a police or news report. If you shoot him, and it turned out to be water or something other than semen, your in big trouble. And B: You wouldn't really know if it was just the kid's relative and they were messing around with squirt guns or not.

Isn't semen considered a biological hazard or infectious waste? Doesn't it naturally quallify as a harmfull or hazardous substance. I think this would definitely fall under assault, if not assault with a deadly weapon. And if it turned out the semen was infected with a disease or std, then I think the charges would be ammended to include "with a deadly weapon". But that might depend on whether the nut job knew it was infected or not.:cool:

Not only is this thread now closed, but as soon as I find the time, TFL Membership is going to be reduced by 3 or 10 names.

If some people cannot stick to your own agreement to the Policies of this Forum, I doubt any amount of "Warning" will help.
