I will attempt to make phone contact with the police to tell them what this citizen thinks... I will let the local chamber of commerce know that I could never consider their city for a vacation... I will call the DA office and talk to as high up as i can...
I am no lawyer! But the whole altercation begins with a citizen being called "Junior" and when he see the cop, there is ALREADY a firearm centered on COM!
I don't think they stand a chance with a jury if even I defended the guy!
Everything about the charge was covered by the officer not the citizen...
