The next step will be to get her to rescind some of those "monumens" Babbitt and Clinton have been setting up - or at least trim them back.
There used to be a range near Las Vegas that was in a canyon. Surprise, surprise, Babbitt et al expanded the monument's boundaries and now the range is shut down.
