this a good deal on a Sabre Defense AR?

So, surely people are getting fatigued with all the AR posts, but... let me intrude again.

Is this a reasonable deal? It is three years old. Not sure if it is up to the standards of today's Sabre.

Here is a local ad for a 14.5" Sabre upper:
Unfired Sabre Defence M4 Tactical 5.56 14.5" upper for sale. Bought new in '09, never fired and put in safe. Factory Samson 4 rail free-float hand guard, YHM gas block with flip-up front sight, and YHM rear BUIS. If not familiar, Sabre was local D.O.D. contractor shut down for international arms export violations. Still operating in the UK. Asking $1150.00

scrolling down on Sabre's page... I see that this is only a $200 savings on a new one.
