Third Glock's a charm

In year's past I've owned a Glock23 and a 27. Neither were
totally reliable and I was unimpressed with the way they felt
and handled. They quickly were sold or traded for other guns
(which were more or less quickly sold or traded for other guns-
so it goes). With the passage of time I took an interest in the
Glock 30 and finally bought one the other day. Wowza! I think
I understand what all the fuss is about. Felt great, handled great,
accurate, and reliable with the variety of loads I ran through it.
So, now that I've seen the light what aftermarket parts
do I need to ensure the longevity/reliability/durability of this
gun? I've seen references to spring and guide rod changes in
the past but never paid attention to specifics as I wasn't interested at the time. Any sound advice from experienced (or
just opinionated) Glockers would be appreciated.

I use the Wolff guide rods in my 30s (actually all my Glocks) With a 20 pound spring for the 30 models.

Installed a 3.5 pound connector plus a little polishing to smooth the action.

Meprolight adjustable night sights because I hate the plastic stock sights.

I did the above to all my Glocks and they all have the same basic sight picture and trigger pull. Really makes it easy when switching between the drastic plastic.
