Think I have found the perfect sights

I just discovered the Ruger SR9. I really like the gun, it is really comfortable in my hand, a good size, with good capacity.

But what I love are the sights. The rear dots are tiny. The front one is small. I like a small front dot as I think it makes one more accurate (focus small, miss small, or something like that). But with most sights (Shield, PPS M2...) the three dots are the same, and when you use them, the front dot is way smaller then the rear sights just due to distance. This makes is much harder for me to focus on the front sight. With the SR9, even when sighting, the front dot is larger. Why don't all companies do this? I can't understand why they makes sights where the front dot is tiny when used.

The dots on my Smith Compac 9 are the same size & make for a great sight picture. The front dot appears smaller in the sight picture but I must take my mind off what I'm doing to notice.
