Thin may be in, but fat is where it's at..........

Well, the front sight of my Kimber is too fat. :)

Couple of quick questions - one, does anyone have a recommendation for a thinner front sight for my Kimber? Also - how do you drift off the front sight - any hints?

TIA

Use an extra-fine needle file...you can either "thin" the front sight or open up the notch in the rear...FWIW, my preference is to open the rear notch, then use "touch-up" blue...go slow, measure twice and cut once...check the "sight picture" often...don't over-cut!!!....mikey357
