Thin Barrel and Choke tubes

Just curious is anyone could help me. I have a Antiono Zoli (late 60's vintage) OU i'd like to fit with choke tubes. It has paper thin barrels. What is the minimum material thickness (IE: barrel id/od) to install choke tubes?

Call the folks at Briley down in TX. They install choke tubes and can surely tell you if it can be done to your O/U.

check brownells, they have an adapter that sweats on and allows choke tubes on thin barrels

Cuz: Thin wall tubes should work ok for what you need. The tighter chokes won't hold up with heavy loads(ie magnum turkey), but I've never had any complaints when they were used with upland game loads. I've installed them in about a dozen barrels and if not abused there are no problems.
