You've to be kidding me. VP for HK stands for Volkspistole. VP for B&T is Veterinary Pistol?
"Quietest 9mm pistol in the world today" is something necessary for animal control? 125dB with subsonic ammo? Is Elmer Fudd supposed to use this thing hunting wabbits?
I suppose the "veterinarians" in question have a couple of three and four letter acronyms.

A bolt action 9mm suppressed pistol. Note the sight radius. Looks like it was built for a limited purpose as is described.
Clearly not for self defense.
I suppose you could extend the sights on it or place a scope if you wanted to go hunting raccoon or javalina with a 9mm bolt action suppressed pistol.
Looks like it's most useful purpose is in exactly what they describe.
