The Supreme Court (should read "DOJ") Sucks

The article referenced above has absolutely nothing to do with the U.S. Supreme Court doing anything that could be construed to "suck." The U.S. Justice Department on the other hand...

it does have something to do with the supreme court, as it was their statement that the justice department blocked from us.
 
I also thought the title was somewhat misleading.

But....

This appears to be another attempt by the current administration to break the rules in order to get what they want. Apparently they go by the principle of: if a law is inconvenient, ignore it because it doesn't apply to you.

I don't know, maybe we should take 'em all out and hang 'em just on general principles. ;)
 
Sorry, I did mean Justice Department... The Supreme Court said the right thing originally, and the Justice Department sucks because they apparently hate freedom.
 
yeah, the Justice dept. has gone downhill: now they are taking away our freedoms. It was a lot better under Janet Reno when they were frying us or taking kids at gunpoint...

The government (both yours and mine) is doing that all the time - just doesn't make the news often. Sometimes it's in Colombia, sometimes it's in California (McWilliams), sometimes it's in Canada (they want to execute Emery, you know), sometimes it's somewhere else. Same excrement. Different fork.
