On the appointment of judges:
These are constitutional rights, and I want to make sure we have judges who interpret the Constitution of the United States according to the law.
Apparently, in his Liberal view, the Constitution should be subserviant to the legislative law instead of the legislative law being subserviant to the Supreme Law of the Land.

Legislative laws are interpreted according to the Constitution not the other way around.

This is one sKerry guy.

I heard that and I remember Algore say "living constitution" in ref , to the courts in one of the debates in 2000

He seems to me to be left of Clinton and yes that is scary. All I can say is if
elected hold on to your pocketbook because he will be coming for it along with the guns. :barf:

Scariest thing I heard was in reference to jon edwards being a lawyer he said " he was in favor of the patients bill of rights, he wantsto give you rights" Now last time I checked govt doesnt give me my rights and has no power to do so. How arrogant are these punks? E

That, and the fact that it has apparently vanished into the ether since Fri night, are equally concerning to me. No-one called him on it at the time, nor over the weekend, so far. I've written a couple of letters to the editor, and even to Rush, but so far, EVERYONE with a few, present, exceptions have given him a pass on this fundamental misunderstanding of our foundation  document.
