The Ring Belt by Wilderness Tatical

Has anyone had any experience with The Ring Belt by Wilderness Tatical? I want to know how it would work as a gun belt.

I dont know if this will help you or not. I have a Ring Tacticle belt from Galco that I have had 3 or 4 years. They appear to be close or even the same.

I have two. One is light and a great BDU belt, it alsso works well with a holster.

The other is a reinforced outter tacticle ring belt that I use for a light weight BDU utility gun belt. It uses a set of keepers like a regular belt and is very light weight and easier to use in rough terrain or heavy work.

On the outer belt I carry a combo Magazine/ Cuff case, a Ky-dex holster for my Glock 21 and sometimes a snap on ASP/ Stinger holder.

I really like both of belts, Hope this helped out. PROSOUTH

The Wilderness Tactical Instructor Belt is IMNSHO the best belt you can have. I have been an Instructor Belt for over five years now. I had my first belt rebuilt (1.75") and bought a second (1.5").

The buckle on the Galco belts are good enough that Wilderness will rebuild your Galco belt. (The stitching on the Galco belt is crap and will fail long before an Instructor Belt will.)

The finest of the 'CQB' type belts I have ever used is the SOE Rigger belt. It is the most rugged and certainly the hardest working. I wear one with my drop holster for my Sig P228 and there is no sag or droop like you could expect form some. I know of some people who have used this belt as an anchor for rope work before in total confidence. I think it is indestructible.

It would work well as a gun belt for sure.
