NYC's latest shooting spree involved a man who seems to have had mental problems though I wonder if the illness was a result of the cocaine .He had drug arrest record and last weekend he was arrested for asaulting his ex girlfriend [who said 'he's a nice guy' ].Thought the Bloods were after him so he shot every red vehicle he saw !! Sounds alot like a low iq. Probably somewhere in the neighborhood of -36.He either forgot his happy meal or had a mix of alcohol,prescription meds and street drugs and his brain blew a gasket.
The gun was stolen and he had an apparant arrest record.We all know how gun control works there.
