On the way out tonight there was a professionally printed MMM poster by the elevator
i saw 3 more on the way to the parking level.

They even had the offical approved for posting by HR stamp on them.
So do i print out SAS AIMM posters and ask to put them up?

I think i will...

If they don't approve them, then i think i have a case for a hostile work environment complaint

They put up posters about that last month.

Here is what the MMM poster says:

Do it. And if they say know then you can sue them for discrimination. I've got visible symbols of my hobby all over my work space. If someone doesn't like it tough.

dZ,

Geez, could you like warn me when a link is going someplace like that? The steady drone of b***s*** from the MMM TV commercials is bad enough. Hearing the idiot box spouting lie after lie without being able to respond is probably the leading cause of heart attacks in America today. This MMM website and the treacly, ever-so-sincere tripe spouted by those on it caused me to get contact hypoglycemia... *shudder*

DZ, please do approach your HR group abouth this. The least they can do is allow some SAS info to be placed next to the MMM drivel.

One key here is the HR (human relations) department. Lefties have literally taken over HR departments in most companies today. From gun control to singing the mantra of this gooey thing called multiculturlism to running indoctrination sessions on diversity, HR departments are the epicenter within any company today of this awful crap.

Whenever dealing with any employee from HR, smile, nod your head, agree and then proceed directly to the restroom to blow lunch.

Next time you walk by the HR office, know full well you're probably closer than you've ever been to authentic Marxists in action.

Regards

Now wait a minute Bunkster. The woman who handles HR wear I work is also the same one who sends the checks to the NRA Business Alliance, so I wouldn't say all HR departments lean to the left.

well i just got off the phone with the head of the HR department and he was not aware that professional political posters were put up on all staff bulletin boards

We both agreed that rather than have a political battle by posting counter posters, the best solution was for the MMM posters to be removed from the work place.

Squelching it is better than a poster war. Lest anyone forget, Chris' wife is an excellant example of why women should be armed. Those bozos in the MMM have never been raped (but mind you, I'm not advocating that either).

I just went to that tapestry.cgi and gosh, it's biiiig.

Probably the MMM also has MMGs (many million gigabits) of bandwidth.

And yeah, my bro's kids are protected - we have enough guns. :)

One stylisitc suggestion: do not overlap text and image...looks a littl ebusy and hard to read from afar. Good job though.

Does anyone know how to inject that I Love You virus into a website?

Oh, and ANYONE can get on and "add their voice" to the MMM people. As seen from the little comment about their right to not print anything "inappropriate", we wouldn't have a chance in hell of have our comments make the tapestry. BUT -- at least some sheeple will have to take their time to read what you submitted. Might be worth it....

Here's what I submitted to them:

Being a peace-loving citizen, and having the utmost concern for the safety of children everywhere, I simply cannot understand MMM's engagement in this pro-violence movement that will result in the injury and deaths of thousands of children (and adults) if its proposals are adopted by our government. The social science proves without a doubt, beyond question, that guns save lives, and the the more guns in a society, the less the violent crime. This is indisputable (and in fact indispted by anti-gun groups, because the science and research is impeccable). Guns are used in self-defense about 2.5 million times per year in the U.S., and many more lives are lost as the result of gun control than by the illegal use of guns by criminals. So I just cannot fathom why a group that purports to want to promote safety embraces gun control laws that will only result in more death and injury. Shame on you for promoting violence, and masking your true intent.

:)
