The media and its hidden agenda?

I already posted about this once, but I think it might be buried where the original topic doesn't generate as much interest.

This in regards to the the defensive shooting of McDonalds employee Willis Lee. One of the media sources in Houston claimed that Mr. Lee had been fired for violation of policy that employees were not permitted to carry.

In an email discussion about this an interesting concept developed. The media claimed to millions of people that a man lost his source of income for sticking up his rights and protecting the lives of others. It was a lie. But, what seed of thought was planted by this media in making that claim?

(Hey, I really really hope this generates some replies. I really want the feedback even though I know this has kinda been touched on before. In this case, the lie is blatant, but the results of this lie are ??? )

Denied a socialist "right to work" by exercising the right of a free man?

I understand what you mean, but I am having a hard time quantifying it for this thread. Is this punishment for not being a socialist and conforming to those standards?

I don't think the public is that far gone yet .... I might be wrong.

You could staple the truth to a sheeples foreheads, and they would still go about
their business as if nothing was wrong.

The media doesn't need to hide their agenda.

So, what part is hidden? ;)

Personally, I'm believing more and more in the 'media-government complex' theory, at least with this administration in power. The right of a 'free press' is mainly exemplified by the Internet these days. How long even that will last, who knows ...

There's no hidden agenda, there's just a lot of sick, spoiled temper tantrums. It's an atmospheric pressure like thing. They all have the same infantile, parasitic attitude toward life, and associate with others who share that view. When reality rears its head they have a fit and cry oppression or right wing conspiracy, or other such noise.
