The Kerry campaign: Three felonies and counting

If we regular people had committed any of these crimes we would be taking a second mortgage out on our house to make bail. However, some people are immune from prosecution... why????

1. Sandy Burger, Kerry's Security advisor steals secret documents. Why did he do that? Where did the stolen information go? How much did Kerry know about this and when did he know it? Why has there been no effort by the Feds to bring charges against anyone?

2. CBS released forged documents critical of Bush; some in CBS say the Kerry Campaign was the source of the forgeries. It's a crime to forge a government document but the FCC and the Justice Department are timidly mute on the issue.

3. Senator John Kerry violates Federal Firearm laws by accepting a shotgun as a gift at a photo op on Racine. If you take delivery of a firearm out of state without going through an FFL you are a felon. Why has the BATF refused to investigate this? Why is the Justice Department mute on this issue also?

Why have we not heard of any charges being brought against anyone for these crimes?

Who knows for sure, but there is some evidence that partisan politics within some government agencies may be to blame. The FCC has at least one lawyer on its staff whose political leanings will prevent any action from being taken. Are there other Government agencies with the same problem?

:barf:

It goes much higher than a few nasty people at low levels of bureaucracy.

  1. Mr. Bush is a genuinly nice guy. Nice to the point of weakness. He's not a good fighter. For example, he didn't clean out the Clinton appointees like he should have. He didn't prosecute the White House vandals. He's just too 'nice'.
  2. The Republicans are deathly afraid of being portrayed as "mean spirited". They saw what happened to Newt, and they have been running scared since.

The result is that the Demos can commit crimes with impunity.

Regarding number three:

Is there any evidence that he still has the firearm? Most likely he accepted it, posed for a photo and gave it back after the cameras were put away.

Don't forget: Karl Rove supplies the identity of a CIA agent to a news service. Oh, wait.... never mind. That's Bush's campaign so those felonies don't count.

Yeah, and neither do Kerry's acts of treason, going to France to commune, converse, and otherwise hobnob with the ENEMY.

Bet he told them all about the Christmas he spent in Cambodia(not) ordered there by Nixon (who wasn't President at the time). I'm sure they were fascinated by his arm strength in the medal toss(not his)event.

Please enlighten us on how you can accuse the President of sending troops into battle without flack jackets when the bill containing money to buy them was voted down by yours untruly.

and you call GW a liar??????
