the headline reads Judge reverses Waco ruling

In my local paper, 12 August, under National Briefs, the item headlined as above, with a Dallas by-line, appeared today, re the recent wrongful death suit brought by Branch Davidian survivors/relatives, against "the feds".

The tale seems not yet complete, and one must wait for the final outcome, however where it was seemingly cut and dried with the government getting away with a "clean bill of health", now perhaps not. Keep an eye on your local paper. More later, or so one suspects.
