The "ED's Red" sight is no more. I have the information in a PDF file, which i can not post here.

I tried to go in on the sigt several months ago and "system" said non existant, for some reason. It worked just a minute ago, though.

Is Ed's Red Worth it?

I've been using it to clean my handguns and rifles for between 4 and 5 years. At about $8 for 85 ounces, yes it is worth it. I soak my handguns and pub a good coating of Ed's Red in the barrel over night and it does a satisfacorty job of cleaning.

Ed's Red is good for shotguns and .22s, but I'd use some sort of copper cleaner on centerfire rifles...

I like the stuff.

1 part tranny fluid
1 part acetone
1 part kerosene
1 part mineral spirits

Mix in something that won't disolve.
