The Deaths of the US Sailors on the USS Cole were Insignificant

Fox Cable News yesterday revealed an internal (not for publiction) US State Department memo which says that the death of 17 US Navy sailors in the bombing of the US Cole was "Insignificant" when compared to the more than 100 deaths of Palastininians in the current Mideast violence.
The memo directed the Voice of America to tke this line in its broadcasts.

Yeah I saw this on CNN. It was a Cease and desist(sp) order the the US overseas radio station.
