G'day from Australia everyone, thought Id share the contents of my safe with you all. I'm a bit of a sucker for the work of the legendary John M Browning, as you'll see below.

Winchester .22 Model 1906 (I think)
Winchester Model unknown, Lever 22WMR
Marlin 30-30 Lever with scope
Marlin 45-70 Government Lever
SKB 12Ga field U/O
FEG Coach Gun 12Ga U/O

Also looking to add a Winchester Model 94 & a circuit judge.

Glad to see you kept a few. I've read the dearth of private firearms has led to a bit of a crime spree down there. I wish I could tell you I had an Ausie firearm.. I do have a Moomba boat, their trademark is a skiing kangaroo. Best I've got.

G'day to you too. The only Aussie firearm I have is a SAR. But I do have a few of Mr. Brownings guns. :)

@Gwillikers-Not a lot, PDA"s done online by the firearms dealer (Permit To Acquire) and wait the 28 days for the first firearm only, after that, its a case of "processing time" really. Pain in the neck, but its what we have to do.

highpower3006,
That looks like my Aussie FALs, not an SAR.
I had heavy barrelled and the standard AU FAL types 20 years ago that I built with kits and US receivers.
Being post 1989, I had to do something about the flash hider and pistol grip.
Those rifles got loaned out and never came back... I can barely remember them now.

Doesn't that slow you down when you get a Twinkie attack?

A Winchester 1906?
Is that a pump action with an external hammer?
It sounds like the very first gun I had - actually my father's, but in our house that was the same thing.
I shot it more than he did.
Ditto with riding his motorcycle.
