As I read this short article, it contains two big lies, one that is clearly stated and one that is clearly implied. The Dems are already running with the lies, but hopefully they won't get very far.

Lie #1 (stated): that Florida Secretary of State Harris arbitrarily cut off and then refused to honor the Palm Beach recount. In fact, she was obligated to stick to the schedule established by the Florida Supreme Court, and she did so. Palm Beach simply failed to meet this schedule, apparently due to inadequate planning, which unfortunately has not prevented its election officials from lying, whining and finger pointing.
Lie #2 (implied): that the outcome of the election would have changed and Gore would have won if Secretary of State Harris had certified the Palm Beach recount as completed after the court-imposed deadline. Of course, the outcome would not have changed. But the Dems are spinning it like it would.
There's no way the AP can be dumb enough not to see the truth. So I figure that this article is another instance of media/Democrat connivance. It's like the Dem lawyers are writing the news for the AP.
