Sorry, moderators... but I think I'm going to spontaneously combust!! CNN just had a clip of Klinton memorializing the Cole casualties at the Tomb of the Unknown today, when he couldnt even be bothered to meet them when they came home in coffins...

Eight years ago, I began developing a reflex habit: When some talking head said, "And today, President Clinton...", I automatically hit the Mute button and went back to reading my book, or changed channels. Aside from the drivelling banalities or outright lies, that whiny little voice is just too much to take.

I think a good full-time career for Clinton and Gore would be that of Commencement Speaker: They could spout the usual, "The future lies ahead...", and we'd know they were telling the truth.
