Thanks: What about that rotary bolt action carbine?

Thanks for input on the Vektor, I believe I'll pass on it. Gary Paul Johnston mentioned an interesting little carbine in G&W for LE some time ago. It was turnbolt in operation, w/AR-15 syle multi-lugged bolt. It was chambered in .223 and had peep sights and a wood stock, I believe. Anybody seen that one? Know of any links?
