I just wanted to say that I was out on the web shopping for handgun accessories the other day and saw the exact item I was looking for at Arizona Response Systems. It was a $40-50 item, nothing major. I called ARS to see if I could buy it from them. Nobody was home, so I left a message

Mark Graham called me back a few hours later (on his dime) and let me know exactly what the part was (I was mistaken) and who HIS supplier was for the part so I could buy it online. I was taken aback as I had expected to pay some extra dollars to him for being the middleman.

I was real surprised at the level of service and Mr. Graham's willingness to help and just wanted to make sure his helpful attitude was noted here. Mr. Graham may have lost a few dollars on the gear but I will definitely keep him in mind for my next project.
 
Just my $0.02 here, and this is directed to TFL'ers at large, not just the originator of this topic: how many of you take the time to thank vendors when they do a good job? I know we are all more than happy to call and complain when something goes wrong, but how often do we praise a company when they do well?

Anyway, back on topic...

I am glad to hear ARS did right by you, I have been thinking of having them make a US-legal new rifle on my IMBEL receiver. Hearing this makes the idea seem even more plausible. I place a very high premium on good service and courtesy.
