If you have noticed, my posts/day rate has spiked the last three days. I am on my second week of my "two-week notice." I have stopped caring, pretty much stopped working- except for the projects I am finishing up for handoff. I hear the clock tick every one of the 32,400 seconds in my work day, you all have helped make them al less painfull.

:D !

Actually Hube, I had noticed that you were posting more then usual. I had just thought it was because we were "talking" on some of the same threads. Do you have plans after the current job?

I was promised a Shortycicle and I want a Shortycicle!

Yes Gunslinger, I am moving to Georgia, starting the trek with my wife on Friday. I will be working as a contract engineer at the Sanannah River Site in SC. I am giving up the security of the job I have now for something a little more profitable and hopefully a faster pace than a govt regulated utility. Why work fast when you are paid hourly (only paid 40 though) and profits are not a concern? Goeas against my ethos.

hube1236,
Back in 1968 there was some very good "hog hunting" in the swamp and thickets by the river just below the Savannah River Plant.
There were "NO TRESSPASSING" signs posted but no one paid any attention to them. ;)

Take care and let us (TFL) hear from you after you get settled. :)
