Just wanted to be sure I said thanks to ThebluesMan for my NRA membership!

My info and membership card came today. And I may not be thrilled with everything the NRA does, but I am glad to be a member.

This summer when I'm employed, I'll be sponsoring someone else. Maybe my fiance?

As I said to you via email, I feel that I am paying back a debt that I owed my step-dad for "sponsoring" me a few years back.

I share your outlook on the NRA, and sometimes wonder about their tactics. The fact is, though, that they are the *most* powerful gun lobby in Washington, and making them weaker will hurt us all, even the hard-liners.
