A message from Representative Hupp and Senator Patterson:
On Thursday of last week, we fired a shot that was heard from coast
to coast.
We filed a lawsuit on behalf of over two dozen legislators, gun
stores, and manufacturers, against the cities across the nation that
are attempting to destroy the 2nd Amendment. From Los Angeles to
Miami, the message has been clear - we as gun owners and business
owners will not stand by as greedy politicians and lawyers denigrate
the Constitution.
As we have said before, this fight for freedom will not be cheap. We
do not have the deep pockets of the trial lawyers or the coffers of
taxpayers to continuously dip into. We are relying on the support of
people like you to make this effort a success.
Each year, each of us spends hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars
insuring our possessions against destruction and theft. We justify
the cost of insuring our goods by comparing it to the cost of
replacement. We would be short sighted indeed if we failed to insure
our most precious possession: our rights, for our rights cannot be
replaced once they are destroyed.
