Texas gun shows

I go to most of the gun shows in the DFW area and for the most part they are the same vendors. I was wondering if the shows in Houston have a different
group. Does anyone go to shows in both of these areas? It would be nice to
see different of guns, etc.
 
I think every major vendor in the state travels around to all the Texas shows. There may be a few minor local vendors in their city's show.
 
I know I've seen some familiar faces in Longview and in Abilene. I've talked to a few who own gun shops and try to make at least one gun show a month. That means they must travel some good distances. Must mean they're making some good money as well.
 
I havent made a Gun Show Yet.

I have never been to a gun show.
Do they usually have a good selection of the older surplus rifles?
 
Guns shows in Amarillo are about 80/10/10 new stuff/old stuff/ammo and reloading supplies. Quantity and prices vary a little bit, but they have been improving the last six month or so.
