Tell me what this is

Looks like a small corn feeder with a stick that allows a little corn out whenever it is moved. Someone on that page asked him the same question and he said it was a 2 gallon jug with corn and a 1" stick in a 1.5" hole.

I imagine it has a plug on it that will not let corn out unless its bumped.
