Teens bomb school tech lab

I guess I should start out this post with the local media story first... www.ABC12.com

The story has grown since this report was on last night. First the two suspects have been found and taken to the Michigan State Police Post in Bridgeport, Michigan. The two individuals were graduates of this same high school. It is lucky for these two fools that a welding gas tank didn't explode while the 2 were on this vandal mission. I hope the system deals the suspects the max amount of jail time and restitutions. Just lucky for them none of the police or fireman were hurt responding or handling this incident. The only good news of this story is that a local engineering company was able to take computer discs and regenerate all the students work. They will still be able to compete at a local college over this weekend. It is nice to see community and local areas pull together and make things work even when a few bad apples fall from the tree. It is also reported that cleaning crews will work all weekend and school should be back to near normal on Monday.
Sure makes me wonder what happened to the days of toilet papering and window waxers. Has the media and reports that are so common just spark something in the 1 percenter crowd? These young adults were bored and wanted to pull a prank? or did they want to take it a step farther? Well, they will likely get a long stay with some hardened criminals. I can picture them both pissing in their pants when they find out the cost they will pay. With a little luck this would show some of the other 1 percenter group, crime doesn't pay.... ;) If justice could send them for 1 year to a bomb disposal crew in Iraq........that might curb the urge they have in playing with fire?

correction....

I stated the two were in custody.......Well, sorry to say the police know the two suspects but are still looking for them. I am sure it is just a matter of short time and they will be found.

"I think the individuals had too much time on their hands and they didn't do it for constructive reasons,"

I know that probably isn't what the arson investigator meant, but that's just funny as hell. I never knew that arson had constructive reasons!

Public bare butt bull whipping in the town square is what we need. A few of those and crap like this will stop.
That's right. It worked so well for London over a couple of centuries they had public whippings that they never had rampant crime there.

I thought a good Ole butt kicking in the town square is exactly what this world needs. Have a judge with a red flag. When the idiots are near death the judge gives the flag a wave to spare the thugs. Then once they can again walk and swing a hammer they get to rebuild what they destroyed. Give them a time table to complete all work. If they aren't done, they get the red flag treatment again. This would work in most criminal issues and likely would curb the idiots urge to commit crime against those who will get to beat them to a pulp...... OK......back to the real world........it was a great thought though. ;)

"I think the individuals had too much time on their hands and they didn't do it for constructive reasons," said State Police Fire Investigator Lenny Jaskulka.

Yep, doubt that is what he meant, but it is still funny.

That ain't too far from home, either.

One suspect in custody.....

One suspect is in custody as of Sunday evening. The fool faces at least 4 serious charges. The second suspect is a 19 year old female. Her picture and some details were released today. She and her friend better get a real good legal team gathered up. I would guess it's just a few days and she will turn up some place as well. Some real great minds were at work. I guess they will have a lot of time in lock up to plan the rest of life has to offer up?

2nd suspect is now in custody too......... :)
