Ted Williams Model 340 value?

I inherited a single-shot, lever action .22 rifle last year.

After doing some research I found out it is a "Ted Williams" and the model number starts with 340 but continues on from there. These were special rifles produced to sell in Sears Roebucks and other mass merchandisers back when that was a profitable business model.

Ultimately, I want to sell it. I took it out to the range yesterday and the gun performed flawlessly. It was great for a new shooter, but I'd prefer something in semiauto, or at least has more than one shot.

I'm thinking of pricing it at $125. Thoughts?

Just looking for advice right now, not quite ready to part with it yet.

Your Ted Williams is an Ithaca made Model 49SS (Single Shot)...

Look up going prices (not asking) on GunBroker, and price accordingly...

Ted Williams was a Sears model, kind of like "Eddy Bauer Edition". Ithaca M-49's are pretty common, unless it is a smooth bore .22.
