Tech Sights adjustment on 10/22

Well I bought a used 10/22 with techsights. I've never adjusted sights before; so I'm asking how.

At approximately 20 yards, I rested the rifle on small sandbags. I shot three times in the space of a quarter. The shots were approximately two inches above and 1 inch to the left of target.

you need to get yourself an A1 sight adjustment tool. be sure it's an A1.

A1 = 5 prongs

A2 = 4 prongs

You may need a tool to turn the detents with - I made one but a piece of wire or a pen will do.
