The adjustment tools, sold on their website naturally, will make life a bit easier for you.
They are not necessary, however. The front sights adjust in a similar fashion to an A2 sight - push detent and turn. The rear sights don't have knobs to make it easy to turn. The TRS-100 uses a wheel to adjust for windage while the TRS-200 uses both the wheel for windage and a small knob to adjust for elevation.
