Taurus Tracker 7-shot .22 Revolver

I just aquired a Tuarus Tracker 7-shot .22 revolver. The barrel is labeled ".22LR". I have read in an earlier thread that I started that you can fire .22LR, .22 long, and .22 short out of any revolver chambered for .22LR. I'm curious as to why the barrel is not labeled as such. I have other guns where all three .22 flavors are engraved on the barrel. Everyone concur that I can safely shoot .22 shorts out of this gun? Just wanted a final check before I do it.

yes you can

and even .22 cb caps if you want to drop down to pellet gun power level

I shoot squirrels that get in my bird feeder with them though out of a rifle for silence and accuracy.

Yes you can,just clean it good before you shoot long rifle afterwards.

It's probably not labeled for .22 long and short, because those rounds are relatively uncommon.
