Taurus Total Ti in .45??

Anyone own the new 3 inch barrel Ti in .45 long? My wife has the .38 Special +P Ti snub and it is so nice and so light that sometimes I wonder if the three inch .45 would make a good camping gun.

Got it and love it. The barrel on mine at least is 2". I am going to use it for CCW but want to get the hammer bobbed first.

The only problems I've had WLM is that shooting it double action sometimes it would just "hang up". Others here have experienced the same problem. Anyone find the cause of that yet?

I think you'll like it. Personally I feel totally protected with 5 shots of 300 gr. JHP.

What is a fair price for one of those Taurus titanium 45's? I can't find their suggested retail prices on the Taurus website.

MSRP on all the Taurus Ti's is $599. Street price is much lower. I paid $450 for mine.

The binding is caused by the extremely narrow cylinder gap. Taurus knows about the problem and will fix it @ no charge.
