Taurus Ti revolvers semi autos

I can't speak for their autos, but their Ti wheelguns are veryvery nice. I have the .357 in matte grey. Recoil is stout, but not painful at all, and the wee beastie weighs only 19 ounces. I believe that with 158gr JHPs, the cartridges weigh more than the gun itself. :)

I really like the revos.

I have eye balled the revolvers a couple of times. Each time, I leave with a stronger opinion that I neeeed one of these. (I'm sure nobody reading this has ANY idea of what I mean. ;) )

My wife has a CCW license also. She chose a new .38 caliber Total Ti as her carry pistol. I've looked it over carefully. It is nice. Taurus engineered the grips to absorb recoil and be easy to hold. It's light, ported, good looking, and rated for +P ammunition.
With the "sell-out" of Smith&Wesson, I think Taurus is the one to buy.
The price is even better. However, I don't feel the same way about the PT-111 auto.

I bought the .45 Colt and love the thing. Of course after 100 rounds it does begin to work on the hands somewhat but overall the pistol is great. Accuracy is more than acceptable as it is one of my carry guns.

My wife is considering the .357 Ti as her carry weapon.

I was a bit brief. I have the .45 Colt amn I really like it. My mom has the .357 Mag (she uses .38 +P's) and loves it too. SKS, what defensive ammo are you using in it?

Currently my own load using Hornady XTP 300 Gr. JHP. Haven't had a lot of time to try out other stuff and depending on where you live, the market for .45 Colt ammo is not always great. But it's getting better.
